Whilst it might be tempting to simply remove the faulty unit and replace, that will not tackle the source of the problem, our approach here at Doulton Doors is to fix the source of the problem and then replace the unit.
If the source of the problem is not cured, the fault will come back, typically the problem is a failure to follow the prescribed method of fitting.
