For more demanding industrial challenges a three phase electric motor will be installed. Perfect for larger heavier doors.
If you leave your home for long periods – we have even fitted roller shutters to domestic houses over the windows as well as the door.

Roller Shutter Repair
Yes, roller shutters are normally good for many years if maintained. However, from time to time they will need some maintenance such as greasing, and cleaning the working parts. Otherwise they will end up sticking usually at the most inconvenient time!
If someone does try and break in to your roller shutter chances are they will struggle to get the shutters open but will end up leaving them damaged thus creating a problem. No doubt you will want to make your premises secure again as soon as possible.
Roller shutters and steel doors both have their plus points. Because roller shutters go up and down vertically (usually) this takes up less space. Doors obviously have to swing in or out but are quicker to open and close (in most applications). Of course a combination of the two can provide even more security.
